About the event
Yin Yoga is a slow paced meditative practice created to slowly open the connective tissue of the body. During this class we hold mostly seated postures for 2-5 minutes. Yin Toga has been coined the fountain of youth. During the long hold, fibro blasts to stimulate collagen. This helps to keep the joints supple and moist, increasing mobility and flexibility.
Be sure to bring your own mat, blanket and pillow.
